This use case integrates Cloud-Edge processing with agricultural machinery and vehicles, aiming to optimize costs, and enhance time and task efficiency.
NebulOuS implements sensor-based alert generation and ensures efficient task scheduling, along with secure data transmission. The platform’s technology allocates data streams propagation and processing across diverse micro local clouds, private clouds, public clouds and edge resources, increasing the transfer of valuable data at the same cost. By doing this, it optimizes processing jobs that can be time-critical such as pattern recognition for spotting low vegetation areas that do not need any fertilizer or post-operational analysis applications like leaf pattern recognition for spotting certain diseases.
