DYEMAC

Textile Dyeing Process Dosing Equipment Maintenance Through Cloud Continuum

CHALLENGE #4

Open Challenge

Enhancing efficiency, traceability, and sustainability in the textile industry, specifically in the critical dosing phase of High-Temperature fabric dyeing machines.

Description

Our project is an IoT and data driven solution designed for fabric dyeing processes, enhancing efficiency, traceability and sustainability in the textile industry. We are focusing on the dosing  phase of High-Temperature (HT) fabric dyeing machines which is a critical phase of textile dyeing. Our project aims to deploy a predictive maintenance and condition monitoring system for our customers, which include textile dyeing factories and dyeing machine manufacturers. Project outcome is used for minimizing fabric dyeing’s environmental footprint by increasing right first time dyeing and maintenance of dosage equipment for end users.

“With data-driven solutions, textile dyeing processes will achieve greater success and reduce environmental impact.”
